Rental rate is $35 per hour. Studio rental is paid in advance and collected as a non-refundable retainer for the date and time of your rental.
A security deposit equal to your rental amount is also collec5ed and is refunded three days after your rental has completed providing no damages or loss have occurred..
By renting this studio space you agree to pay full replacement cost for any equipment that is lost, damaged, broken, or missing regardless if the damage is caused by you or by a guest.
